2011 Annual Meeting
Last updated 09-24-2011Our Annual Meeting was held as indicated below. We had enough owners and proxies
to meet the quorum for both parts of the meeting. The changes to the bylaws and
articles were approved. Tess Stigall and Suzanne Wilson are our newly elected board
members. Ward Duncan is will still be involved by heading up the ARC.
Below are the documents mailed to each homeowner in preparation for the 2011
Annual Meeting of the Cobblestone Village Homeowners Association. The meeting
will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2011 starting at 2 PM. This years meeting
will have two parts, as follows:
2:00 to 2:30 PM Approve the Amended Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation
2:30 to 3:30 PM 2011 Annual Homeowners Meeting
