Retaining Wall Renovation - 2012

Due to the age and condition of the retaining walls in our community and other issues, these retaining walls are renovated. After much discussion, you board decided to renovate them using concrete block construction instead of the wooden style as before. This construction will include drainage. Depending upon the weather, this renovation is expected to last approximately six weeks. During this time, there will be construction materials and equipment on our property. Please use caution around them.
I have added some pictures below to show some of the progress.
The first series of pictures are on the northwest corner of our property next to the parking lot.
This area is also being used as a staging area for the construction crew. The dumpster is for construction materials only, not trash!
These walls are in progress behind 2975 and 2981 - where we had earlier retaining wall problems.
